In a bid to expand the economic base of Ekiti State through increased rural access and communication, Governor Kayode Fayemi on Thursday flagged off the construction of 1,000 kilometres of rural roads in the state Dr Fayemi who described the project as another dividend of democracy said it was part of the fulfilment of promises he made to the people of the state during the electioneering campaign for the 2018 governorship election.
